Milwaukee Event Photographer:  The Hyatt!

Being a Milwaukee event photographer, we meet many people, vendors, and clients and have made many friends over the years. When our friends at The Hyatt called us for a favor, we were more than happy to accommodate. They were preparing their ballroom for one of their biggest and best events of the year, The ALS Evening of Hope Gala, and wanted to make sure they could share the opulence.

From the Hyatt:  “The Hyatt Regency hosted the annual ALS Evening of Hope Gala. This signature event benefits the ALS Association of Wisconsin and is a longtime partner with Hyatt. With the help of M&M Events Rentals, Ambrosia Events, and KVL Audio Visual, the Regency Grand ballroom was able to be transformed for this black tie evening. Inspired by wine colors and glowing lights, the ALS Association wanted to create a “wow” feeling as you entered the ballroom. Elegant yet simple was the theme for the nights design. Glowing candle light and crystal chandeliers make for a romantic feeling, while soft linen and black Chaivari chairs anchor the room matching the night’s invitations. Guests enjoyed a truly amazing and inspiring evening while brining hope for those battling ALS.”

This was a special treat for Eron. Normally, when trying to thoroughly document a room, from the small details to the whole scene, there is a fun dance that he does with the waitstaff as they are diligently scrambling to finish setting everything up. To be able to walk into a fully prepared ballroom with no one in sight and the ability to “work the room” without distraction was a lot of fun.

Leaving for the night, Eron couldn’t help but think of the benevolent event that would occur in this space the following evening. We are so happy that The Hyatt supports a great cause like ALS Association of Wisconsin. If our support can help enable our friends to support organizations doing great work, we can go home feeling like we are contributing something to the greater good.
