Milwaukee Portrait Photographer:  Ashton Turns 1!

We had the honor of shooting Ashton’s parent’s wedding a couple years ago.  At that time, we had no way of knowing this cutie would be coming to see us someday.  That’s the fun part of being a Milwaukee portrait photographer, getting to see families again every year or two and see how that family has grown.

The big idea for the shoot was getting a huge cupcake and letting Ashton go to town on it.  And go to town he did.  The bonus was when he held up the correct amount of fingers when asked how old he was.  Cute and smart!  What a kid!

Check out Ashton’s sweet kicks!  That’s what happens when you learn to walk before your first birthday.  The parents have to outfit those active feet with stylish and appropriate footwear!

Ashton is a casual kid.  He did his best to get dolled up for his one year shoot, but that bow tie didn’t stay on for long.  But it sure tasted good!
