Kaseton and his family are no strangers to the Front Room photographer’s lens. The first time we got to meet the little guy was back in January when he was tiny and new. His mom showed off her creativity and crafting chops by painting a water themed backdrop which fits in suspiciously well with his nursery rug pictured below. Flash forward seven months, we’re reunited and little Kaseton has a few more rolls.
Kaion (his older brother) was away at school for the day so it was some quality time with Kaseton and mom. Both children have a “spirit animal” (Kaion’s is a lion, which is so fitting his name.) and Kaseton’s was out and representing in full force. Any guesses what it is? We’ll let you look at him for a few photos and see if you can guess.
His is a whale!
Art teacher mom, Caitlin has incorporated it throughout his room accordingly – wall hangings, a large plush whale and bedding to match just to name a few of the subtle ways she’s included it in his decoration. His nursery is a beautiful and soothing underwater paradise. But to mark his first half a year of life, we had to take him to where whales hang out – the water. Rubber band wrists out and an adorable smile plastered on his face, we were so thrilled he was having such a good time! He even got some air with mom.
We’re so honored and excited to continue to watch their family grow up and see who they become. Hopefully their next Milwaukee family photographer session will have the rest of the family!
