Renaissance Place 1451 Wedding: Kaitlyn & Andy!

When we asked Kaitlyn what her favorite aspects of her Renaissance Place 1451 wedding were, she said the following: “Dancing and being with all of my friends and family. I do love my dress though, haha!” This is a perfect representation of their character. Friends and family come first. Class and style are a close second. After photographing a wide array of scenes, locales, and emotions, Amanda came back from this wedding beaming about how much fun Kaitlyn and Andy are and more precisely how much they enjoy being with each other.  Couples like these two are what help our job remain a passion for us.

This priceless look of unbridled excitement as it really hit Kaitlyn that her wedding was finally here is why we love doing this!

Being Marquette alums, it only made sense to choose Church of the Gesu for their ceremony. Not only do they have an emotional connection to the church and the surrounding area, but it is also one of the most beautiful churches in the city. It also meant Amanda and her team could maximize all the potential of the beautiful gardens around St. Joan of Arc Chapel.

After roaming the city for photo ops, they finally arrived at 1451 Renaissance Place to see how wonderfully the space was transformed with hues of soft purples and deep blues. The menus were also custom printed on the wine bottles placed at each table!

As mentioned earlier, Kaitlyn and Andy surround themselves with good people ready to have a good time. This wedding party sure does know how to bring the laughs and the tears!

Renaissance Place 1451 was a wonderful setting for Kaitlyn and Andy’s reception. The natural elegance of the space was complemented by the warm uplight provided by Sound by Design. The extra touch of having their names and wedding date projected on the drapery was a perfect backdrop for their first dance.
