Barb and John’s Sebastian’s wedding was a long time coming. They met and charmed each other in 2001, they’ve built a life together, been there for their children’s weddings and welcomed to the world grandchildren together. So to celebrate their love and commitment to each other, a big wedding was only appropriate. They had glitz and holiday glamour, a horse drawn carriage and even live entertainment!
Reflecting on their big day, Barb has no regrets. She approached planning in a very clever way – she asked her friends and family for their recommendations! They didn’t want to look back on their day and wish that they “should’ve, could’ve, would’ve” but instead, they found the best vendors for them and let them handle the rest.
Picking a location is sometimes tricky – what kind of vibe do you want your wedding to have? Is it big enough for your guests? But Barb and John had an easy choice – “We already knew the venue [would be] our favorite restaurant” – Sebastian’s! They already loved the food and the restaurant provided an elegant but cozy feel, perfect for their day celebrating family and fun.
Congratulations, Barb and John! We’re so proud to have been a part of your glamorous day!
