Milwaukee Engagement Photographer: Lauren & Drew!
Exploring and reinterpreting this city for many seasons as a Milwaukee engagement photographer has led us to just about every nook and cranny we could imagine. The fun thing is, that the nooks and crannies keep changing! With the Milwaukee renaissance of the last ten years or so, there is always a building going up or coming down that changes the landscape enough to give us a new perspective. When you factor in the different dynamics of each day, lighting situations, and what each couple brings to the table, being a Milwaukee engagement photographer never gets old.
Eron took Lauren and Drew out for an early morning session. It was the last gasp effort to capture some of the fall colors before they all went away for the season. Strolling around Juneau Park with their dog Charlie was really fun and a great way to get them comfortable in front of the camera.
Feeling like we maximized our park opportunities, we decided to swing down to the Riverwalk for a variation on the look. Nothing complements some nature like a little urbanity.
However, the variety wasn’t over yet! You see, Lauren and Drew had a dream. They wanted some dreamy snowy photos for their collection, but that was hard to find in October. They were willing to wait for months as we waited for our schedules and the weather to align in this abnormally mild winter. Well, that day came!
Eron met them in Wauwatosa on a perfect night for a snowy engagement session. Well, almost perfect. Their preferred destination was a restaurant that was ironically “closed due to inclement weather”. We pivoted to a neighboring bar and made some awesome images to complete their collection!
It goes to show, with enough patience and communication dreams can come true!
