Black Swan Wedding: Jamie & Sean!
Jamie and Sean set out to accomplish a delicate balance of style for their wedding: classy and cool, upscale and casual, light yet poignant. With the help of a great team of vendors, they accomplished all their goals! Jamie knew she had to let go of some of the control she so naturally gravitated toward Midwestern Bride for their expertise.
“As a person who likes to plan things, I tend to get really into the weeds with minute details. While it’s easier said than done, try to really just soak everything in. No one knows whether everything you originally planned is executed except you. Make sure you enjoy the day, and as long as you’re surrounded by good people and have the recipe for good times (food, drink, and fun), you’ll be golden. It’s important you remember throughout the process what it’s all about – you and your partner making a commitment to one another in front of your family and closest friends.”
“I loved my dress and my husband’s custom-made suit. I’m sure a lot of brides say that, but with my dress it was nothing I’d ever considered wearing, and it just so happened to be the perfect dress, which was originally an afterthought to try on. That sort of set the tone of the wedding, and I’m so glad I found it early on.”
Jamie and Sean’s sign-in vinyl was one of the most creative alternatives to a guest book we’ve ever seen. They were the perfect choice for these music lovers and will look amazing framed on their walls.
