Wedding Photographer: The Magic Blue Hour!

There are a number of different kinds of light throughout a wedding day but our favorite is the Magic Blue Hour! It peaks about 30 minutes after sunset, depending on the conditions and location in the world.

Wedding schedules vary greatly but it’s rare when we can’t find 10 minutes to sneak a couple out to take advantage of this fleeting opportunity. When we can hit it, it provides an electric backdrop that can take an image to a new level. Here we have included examples from Milwaukee, Madison, Chicago and Mexico.
