Delafield Hotel Wedding: Michele and Luke!
Michele and Luke were heavily invested in their Delafield Hotel wedding. After dating for nine years, they were ready to do this and do it right. They took the time to thoroughly go over the plan with us as it developed. This helped Lidia be prepared to capture everything they were hoping for and helped them relax into the experience knowing the homework was done. This is the perfect approach to a wedding day.
These emotional moments with Michele and both moms and then Luke and both dads are what a wedding morning is all about for us. There is an emotional momentum to weddings. It begins with the proposal and culminates on this epic day.
For these guys, prepping for the wedding was only a small distraction from the Badger game.
Luke’s nieces were the perfect lead up to Michele’s entrance: absolutely adorable, but not upstaging the bride.
One very special detail for Michele was her great-grandma’s ring that was tied to her bouquet. It was her “something old” and was a lovely way to tie her family heritage into her wedding day.
Michele and Luke had a beautiful autumn afternoon for photos of the two of them and their bridal party. Lidia had a great time exploring Delafield to make the most of the colorful leaves and soft afternoon sun.
