They say a little rain on your wedding day is a good omen and if all weddings are like Stephanie and Nick’s, we’d have to agree! Despite a little damp weather and misting, everyone was in good spirits from the get go. We loved this sunny attitude, they were so fun no matter the weather! Luckily, the rain did clear up before the ceremony at Surg on the Water begun but water of a different kind quickly took its place. Because their vows were so emotional and personal, Stephanie and Nick had everyone crying – them, Lidia, the guests and even Stephanie’s bridesmen / brothers.
The new Mr. & Mrs. were such a joy to be around and even passerbys could appreciate and support their love. At the riverfront, a passing boat waved to the wedding party, shouting their congrats. During our night photo session, a police officer actually stopped their car, turned on the flashing blue and red lights and congratulated the couple over their loudspeaker. They then played some romantic dance music before being called into action, but what a story!
It’s truly special and wonderful to have couple so in love that it radiates and everyone can see it. Stephanie and Nick’s wedding was so fun and sweet, we’re proud of have been a part!
We raise a Broken Bat Brewing glass to you and your love!
