Pfister Wedding: Andrea & Rob!

Rob always takes everything to the nth degree. His lifetime of over-pursuing his goals has earned him the family nickname “Extreme Rob”. It also earned him the girl of his dreams, Andrea. During their Pfister wedding, Neil and Amanda learned just how Andrea was eerily conditioned for this type of dedication. The only passion that could rival Rob’s came from Andrea’s mom’s loving and supportive help planning this wedding. Part of the fun of all this for us is meeting a couple’s family and getting to know the nature and the nurture that got them to this point and will see them through their years together.

Andrea’s beautiful bracelet came with all kinds of family history. Made in Italy and originally belonging to her great-grandmother, her mother lent it to her for the day as her something borrowed.

Clasped in Andrea’s hands and wrapped around her beautiful bouquet is a blue ribbon from her mom’s 1972 wedding gown for good luck.

                       

After their Old St. Mary wedding, Neil and Amanda had carte blanche to take Andrea, Rob, and their wedding party somewhere beautiful for photos. Neil and Amanda knew they were super excited for the art of the day and that they “love both a mixture of nature and city.” With a Pfister wedding, they knew they had the city covered, so it was just a matter of finding the balance with some nature to throw in. A quick jaunt down to St. Francis offered the perfect backdrop with gorgeous light in the mid-day sun!

  

There are so many wonderful aspects to a Pfister wedding. The balcony in the Imperial Ballroom overlooking the entire room is an amazing vantage point. When we can have two photographers at a wedding it allows us to have someone getting the bird’s eye view and someone on the floor, telling the whole story.

Whenever we can wrap up a Pfister wedding at Blu, it puts a big smile on our faces.
