Zilber and Serta Simmons Bedding Grand Opening

Zilber Ltd. develops residential, commercial, and light industrial properties in prime locations across the United States. They approached Front Room to cover the grand opening and ribbon-cutting of Serta Simmons Bedding’s (SSB) innovative Janesville location, providing photo, video, livestream, and same-day editing services.

The new plant consolidated two separate SSB facilities under one roof, and Zilber wanted to capture the event’s excitement through both photos and videos. Front Room addressed this by capturing photos, videos, mobile interviews with SSB and Zilber, and providing a livestream to all Serta Simmons Bedding employees. To meet press release and media inquiries, a photo library and an on-site video edit of the event were delivered.

SSB’s video focuses on how consolidating the two facilities improves company culture and creates a beautiful new working facility. Zilber’s story highlights connections within the Janesville community, generating quality jobs at a state-of-the-art facility and addressing client challenges during the facility combination. Front Room conducted interviews with CEOs, COOs, VPs, managers, and employees, keeping both perspectives in mind.

Front Room also established a mobile edit station at the facility for an immediate turnaround of photo and video assets. The livestream, viewed by hundreds of employees during the event, has been watched on replay. Zilber and SSB provided positive feedback, acknowledging that Front Room seamlessly addressed many of their challenges during the event. The Zilber video received a “round of applause” when presented to executives.
