In the wake of the earthquake in Japan and all of the devastating after effects, Bartolotta’s charitable fund Care-a-lotta, put together a terrific benefit with all proceeds going to the Japanese Red Cross for earthquake relief. The evening was filled with Japanese music, art, demonstrations, as well as some terrific Japanese food created by restaurateurs from Wisconsin, Chicago, as well as a few other guest chefs.
