Recently the Milwaukee area, and specifically the Bartolotta’s at the Grain Exchange, had the privilege of hosting world renowned Chef Thomas Keller for an evening of scrumptiousness. The owner-chef of The French Laundry in California is touring to promote his latest book “Bouchon Bakery” and signed copies for attendees prior to the dinner.
It was a wonderful night that was topped off by a generous donation made by the Bartolotta’s to Bocuse d’Or, a foundation which promotes excellence in aspiring culinary professionals in America.
