Front Room Studios: Welcome In!

Going to somewhere you’ve never been before can be a little stressful, so we figured we’d show you around beforehand! Located on bustling Kinnicknick Avenue in the Bay View neighborhood of Milwaukee, the Front Room Studios brick and mortar oozes of personality. The original tin ceiling and Cream City brick keep our Milwaukee flavor, but the assorted wall treatments show off our funky side too. You immediately enter to our lobby with plenty to see – commercial and family work, various awards we’ve won recently and assorted literature from our vendor pals.

Then comes our gallery wall. We’re forever swapping pieces in and out and showing off the different kind of prints we offer. Some are cool and slick metal prints while others are better suited for something more traditional, like canvas or warm and rustic, like wood.

Across from that is a sitting area, furnished with a stocked fridge to keep you hydrated while you wait or some coffee to help you prepare for the rest of your day.

Upstairs, we have the Front Room Studios photography studio and meeting room. Here, we provide a cozy place to chat and go over your heirloom pieces – we even have a stocked bar and a small children’s play area to celebrate or keep little ones busy.

         Not sure what to wear or coming from your last errand on your busy to do list? Totally fine! We have a dressing room so we can definitely give you some fashion tips or offer you a quick place to change for your studio session. Our studio is large and quiet but full of natural light during the day, so if you want something more dramatic or natural, we’re more than well equipped to complete your vision!
