What an amazing day at Villa Terrace to photograph Julia and Will’s wedding. A canopy of soft clouds were the perfect compliment to this intimate affair. An understated elegance reflected the relaxed personalities of this couple very much in love
If there was any nervousness right before the ceremony started neither of them exhibited it. Actually both were more then ready.
The grooms father was the officiant for the ceremony. It brought another layer of intimacy to the day. His words to the both of them were from the heart and you knew that her meant them.
Once the ceremony was finished we got to play on the grounds of the terrace.
This is one of those magical locations where you actually have to try and limit your vision because everywhere you look can be used as a setting.
To keep the intimacy of the day going wee moved on to the Charles Allis Museum.
I loved the cupcakes in place of a traditional wedding cake. As someone who is not a big sweets fan I have to tell you those were some might fine tasting treats.
The music was great, the dancing constant, and the ability to slip outside to a refreshing and low key place to mingle was the perfect counter to the fun going on inside.
I love the quiet energy and obvious love that Julia and Will have for each other and that was reflected in this simple and highly elegant affair.
