What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Unless it’s Cheryl and Rob’s engagement session, in which case what happens in Vegas is broadcast over the internet to everyone everywhere. That’s what we do with images that we are super proud of and excited to share.
Cheryl and Rob brought us to Vegas with both a specific vision and complete trust in us to interpret their vision through our artistic filter.
We started in the Neon Boneyard with exactly one hour to explore and shoot with and around retired neon signs from the strip in all shapes and sizes. That was very cool.
From there, we headed downtown and took in a very different view of Vegas: overcast and rainy. We are all about finding beauty within what we’re given no matter the situation and this was no different.
We ended the session on the strip with access to one of the suites at Cosmopolitan. What a cool hotel. They are all about art, so there were plenty of unique opportunities in addition to using the “natural” beauty of the strip itself 30 stories below us.
As much fun as this engagement session was, Cheryl and Rob’s wedding is getting closer every day and we can’t wait for that experience. It will be at Ravella on Lake Las Vegas and will feature an entirely different motif. Ravella has a very Mediterranean feel to it, which seems to be a world away from the lights of Vegas.
