Miller Caves Wedding Rehearsal: David & Ryan!
David and Ryan had guests from all over coming to Milwaukee to celebrate their wedding. They wanted to show all of them exactly what made Milwaukee famous. What better way to do that than to have a Miller Caves Wedding rehearsal tour and dinner. The cool caves were a perfect setting, both temperate and fascinating, to gather everyone for a lovely cocktail hour. Hosted by the hologram of Frederic Miller as well as the wedding couple, it set exactly the right tone for a memorable weekend.
Dinner, which was catered by the incomparable Gracious Events, was served next door in the Miller Inn. It was a traditional german fare served family style that was somehow not overly heavy at all! With only a simple welcome toast from David’s dad, the evening was not about formality at all, but, rather, the casual beginning to a wonderful weekend.
Rehearsal coverage is always a wonderful way to start a photographic wedding experience. It’s the very beginning of the wedding event and the first time everyone is getting to see each other. The event is usually relatively casual and it’s a great way for us to get to know most of the wedding guests and for them to get to know us. Our goal is always to blend into the crowd at a wedding and to feel like a part of the family. Getting to be a part of the rehearsal is one of the best ways to make all that happen. Whenever we get to say, “See you tomorrow!” to everyone, it’s a sure bet that when we arrive at the wedding, everyone will be excited for our presence and the photos that we will produce together!
David and Ryan sent everyone home with a 4-pack of Miller’s finest products and a customized bottle opener to memorialize the occasion.
