Milwaukee Art Museum Wedding by Evenement: Bitsy & Camille!
Bitsy and Camille’s Milwaukee Art Museum wedding was one we will never forget. There were so many emotional components to their day that one couldn’t help being swept up in it. In a tragic turn, Bitsy and Camille each lost their mothers in the last couple of years, which meant the emotions were not far from the surface for anyone in attendance. Getting through these experiences are part of what bonded Bitsy and Camille together. Camille had many friends and family from Africa come in for the wedding making the event that much more momentous. While officiating their ceremony Bitsy’s brother told the story of her adoption into their family and it was one of the most moving stories we’ve been exposed to.
Bitsy and Camille might seem like an odd couple at first glance. He is a gentle giant of a man while she is a delicate flower of a lady. But after spending any amount of time with them, it’s entirely obvious that they both share the same heart and the same whole-face smile that reveals every ounce of love they have for each other. These smiles were on display all day long as they fully enjoyed every moment of their Milwaukee Art Museum wedding.
When you have the team they assembled running your wedding you can relax and remain present for all those fleeting moments. In addition to the incomparable Milwaukee Art Museum wedding staff, Impressions by Esther dazzled everyone with their floral arrangements, Milwaukee Airwaves made sure the lighting, sound, and music were top-notch and Evenement coordinated everyone together for a seamless experience.
Each wedding we have the privilege of being a part of is unique in it’s own way. In each we find the story to tell. Bitsy and Camille’s Milwaukee Art Museum wedding will long be remembered for having the perfect blend of everything: tears and laughter (often at the same time), dance tunes from here and there embraced with equal fervor, and most importantly a couple that has been for a while, but is now officially forever cemented together. Congratulations, Bitsy and Camille!
