Milwaukee Engagement Photographer – Christine & Jason at Humboldt Park!

When couples call us looking for a Milwaukee engagement photographer, we know they get what we are about:  establishing a real relationship with each of our couples prior to their wedding to enable genuine moments and images.  That was especially true for Christine and Jason.

Self-proclaimed “non-picture people”, they were nonetheless happy to trust our guidance and invest a little time in the process, hanging out with us at Humboldt Park in Bay View for about an hour and a half on an early spring afternoon.  This was all the time it took to go from “what do we do with out hands?” to tenderly expressing themselves to each other and the camera.

It can seem counter-intuitive if you don’t love having your photo taken (and at least one half of most of our couples feels this way) to choose an extra photo session in addition to the wedding when putting a photo package together.  However, engagement sessions are precisely designed to overcome any apprehension around the taking of photos.  Turning unknowns (How will this feel?  How will we look?) into knowns (Fun!  Awesome!) helps the make the wedding photos all they can be and eliminates a potentially distracting stressor on a day when you want to be completely present and free of stress.
