Container Store Opens in Wisconsin
The news of the Container Store coming to Milwaukee had already set everyone abuzz. When the Container Store called us looking for a Milwaukee Event Photographer for their grand opening, the buzz became a roar. And Front Room was honored to be a part of the opening – providing photography and capturing the amazing work that Zilli Hospitality Group did at the event (their team is unreal – and the food is out of this world!).

The first Container Store in Wisconsin will open this weekend at Mayfair Mall.
The new store has been years in the making.
“Founded in 1978, the Container Store is the original storage and organization store, helping time-starved customers save time by being organized,” Container Store Regional Director John Norman said.
“Why did you all decided to open this store now, and why in this location?” WISN 12 News reporter Thema Ponton asked.
“Well, we’ve been looking for the right location in Milwaukee for many years, and we’ve been waiting on this location right here at Mayfair Mall. It’s an A-plus location for us. It’s a high density of our customers right here, and when this location came available, we jumped right on it,” Norman said.
“Are there any opportunities for people to still get a job there?” Ponton asked.
“Yeah, we hired 45 people, but we’re always looking for great people that just love to help people get organized that are very high-serviced oriented,” Norman said.

The grand opening of the store is this Saturday. The store is donating 10 percent of their total sales to the Junior League of Milwaukee.
The new store is at 104th Street and North Avenue.
