Pritzlaff Wedding: Jessica & John!
Jessica and John got just about all they hoped for out of their Pritzlaff wedding. Heartfelt letters to each other, a touching ceremony and a raucous party. The rain even cooperated, adding a smattering of clouds to the sky but clearing up just in time to make a trip to the roof of the Pritzlaff building, which was their most anticipated photo location of the day. The rain was really their only source of stress for the day, and even that was handled with grace and humor.
Everyone got ready at the Courtyard Marriott downtown, a newer hotel with a ton of class. The ceremony was at Saints Peter and Paul Parish and served to remind everyone of the faith in which Jessica and John’s relationship is rooted. From there, the fun continued as the trolley rollicked around town escaping the rain. That led them to the Marsupial Bridge, a popular choice on a rainy day and filled to the brim with wedding parties this day. As luck would have it, John ran into one of his friends and a fellow groom there for the same reason! The humorous highlight of this part of the day was when one of the bridesmaid played the role of bouncer to keep another wedding party out of the area where they were taking photos. No bridezillas this day, just one Indomitable Bridesmaid.
After a brief stop at Discovery World it was onto the Pritzlaff for the the rest of the evening, which quickly became a blur for most everyone as the fun never stopped. Sound by Design lit the room and kept the entertainment rolling. Belle Fiori provided the flowers and Chef Jack’s and Classy Girl Cupcakes fed everyone. Amidst the moving toasts, we even got a shout out from the best man for the good work that we do!
In the end, Jessica and John got to enjoy all of their most cherished people on one of the most important days of their lives. Despite the rain, they are a couple that shone together all day and night long at their Pritzlaff wedding.
