It is a rare honor to shoot a wedding for a fellow wedding photographer.  Throughout the day, I took as an unconscious challenge to do something extra different for someone who has seen it all.  Nick and Tori clearly benefited from her wedding experience, as this was a day that flowed the way all wedding days should.

It was a nice, if somewhat perspiration-filled, walk from The Overture Center to Restaurant Muramoto where there was a constant buffet of all kinds of Asian delights.  My mouth is literally watering as I think of the delectable tofu dishes I enjoyed.

DJ Nick Nice spun a great mix of music that kept everyone dancing all evening.  Despite my best efforts to call it a night, various opportunities inspired me to stay longer as my evening was winding down, from some experimental long exposures of the dance floor to taking Nick and Tori outside for one last round of photos.  You know it’s a great wedding when you just can’t bring yourself to leave.
