Milwaukee Art Museum Wedding: Nicole & Dan!
From the first conversation we had with Nicole and Dan, we knew their Milwaukee Art Museum wedding would not only be cool and classy but also that it would feature two of the sweetest people we’ve worked with in our years. They came into every conversation with warm smiles and a true appreciation for all that we do. When we found out we would get to work with Tailored Engagements and Judge Derek Mosley, our assumptions were confirmed that this would be an awesome day. One bonus we could not have predicted was the amazing flowers from Artquest out of Chicago. They came into an unfamiliar venue and really knocked it out of the park with an eclectic combination of textures and tones.
There aren’t many moments sweeter than when a dad sees his daughter in her wedding dress for the first time. This is a moment anticipated for a lifetime. Two lifetimes, really. People wonder if we still get emotional at weddings. Let’s just say it’s challenging to focus a camera when your eyes are welling up behind the lens.
The excitement, joy, and love was palpable when Dan first saw Nicole. In fact, it was such a strong feeling that it inspired a passerby to loudly proclaim his new found belief in love. Eron eventually had to shush him, but nothing could disturb the moment Nicole and Dan were sharing.
When asked to name some of her favorite wedding moments, Nicole was quick to respond. “Having my Mom and Dad walk me down the aisle and my husband breaking the glass at the end of the ceremony. Also, Judge Derek Mosley was impressive. He had a great way of incorporating stories and made the wedding interactive. My guests raved about him.”
