We met in college in speech class, but, ironically, we never ended up talking until months later. We enjoy going on bike rides, hiking, going on walks, etc. We are pretty opposite in nature, but that’s why we work so well together. We bring out the best in each other!
Weddings can certainly be an emotional roller coaster. In addition to the feelings of new beginnings, the whole lead up to the wedding and desire for everything to go right can be a bit stressful. Once the day begins, it’s really important to let go of all the worries and hopes that have been a constant companion for the previous 6-18 months. That’s easier said then done for some.
Not Aubrey and Jake. For them, being around each other and everyone they love inspired laughter throughout their day. They knew they had done all they could to prepare for this day and it was time to just enjoy what they worked so hard for.
Don’t sweat the small stuff. I did way too much of that and it doesn’t make the planning any easier! Everything will end up working itself out. Also, research the heck out of vendors before choosing one! I love my flowers, how simple and colorful they are. I also love our seating chart – it’s on glass window panes which is different and fun!
