Every year we look forward to Donald Driver’s Driven to Achieve event. This is because it is an that evening celebrates the charitable accomplishments of multiple charities, companies, community leaders and celebrities on a national and local level. As a result, over $1 Million has been donated by Donald Driver’s Driven to Achieve Awards to various deserving charitable causes since 2014. Designed and coordinated by Dynamic Events by David Caruso and hosted at The Pfister, this event always brings out the best in the city to celebrate a wonderful cause.
The 2019 Driven to Achieve Award Recipients were:
- Dr. David Margolis, M.D., Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, for serving Rainbow Day Camp
- Ann Swain, Special Spaces Wisconsin
- Damian Buchman, The Ability Center
- Nicole Renouard, Centro Legal
- Patti Habeck, Feeding America Eastern WI – Northwestern Mutual Leadership Award
Donald Driver brought much joy to the local masses for years while wearing this jersey. So it was a thrill to see him almost suiting up again.
There are so many amazing stories out there. Without an organization like Driven to Achieve, that may never change. As a result of Donald Driver’s hard work, many wonderful organizations have been both funded and highlighted. We are excited to be able to shine a light on this great work. Because of this exposure, many challenges in the world seem much more manageable.
There is always a surprise musical guest and this year was no exception. Because of the this precedent, everyone was holding their breath to find out who it would be.Gavin Degraw thrilled everyone when he made his appearance!
