Milwaukee Engagement Photographer: Nicole & Russ!
When Nicole and Russ first called us, they weren’t precisely looking for a Milwaukee engagement photographer. Their main goal was to find a photographer for their Milwaukee Art Museum wedding! Once we talked about how beneficial it is to get the photographic butterflies out of the way before the wedding day, they agreed an engagement session would be a great idea. When we mentioned their dog Dory could make an appearance they were totally sold on the concept! A real family portrait? Absolutely! With an assist from Uncle Scott playing the role of Dory wrangler, we wandered about South Shore Park finding the good light and giving Nicole and Russ a chance to find their comfort zone.
Nicole and Russ weren’t sure what to expect, but they trusted us to guide them through it. Breaking the photographic ice with Dory was a nice way to start their session. South Shore Park is full of great options and we found most of them this day! The trees, the rocks, the sunset…everywhere we looked we saw potential. All we needed was Nicole and Russ to wander into frame and love each other! Which they happily did!
Their Milwaukee Art Museum wedding is coming up this weekend and we can’t wait to see what potential we find there!
